      본 연구에서는 고등학생의 삶의 의미와 진로장벽이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 포항, 구미에 소재하고 있는 고등학교 1, 2학년 학생 914명(남학생 472명, 여학생 442명)을 대상으로 진로태도성숙 검사, 인생목적 검사, 청소년용 진로장벽 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 삶의 의미가 높을수록 진로장벽은 낮게 지각되었고, 진로태도성숙 수준은 높아졌다. 청소년의 삶의 의미와 진로태도성숙의 관계에서 진로장벽의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 부분매개효과를 보였다. 즉 고등학생이 지각하는 삶
      의 의미가 높으면 진로태도성숙 수준을 직접 높이기도 하지만, 높은 삶의 의미가 고등학생의 진로장벽의 지각 수준을 낮춤으로써 진로태도성숙 수준을 높이기도 하였다. 청소년이 당면한 진로장벽은 삶의 의미를 재고함으로 극복할 수 있음에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.

      This study aimed to investigate how the meaning of life and career barriers of high school students influence career attitude maturity. In addition, how meaning of life
      influences on career attitude maturity by using career barrier as parameter was checked. For this study, career attitude maturity test, life goal test, and career barrier test for
      adolescents were implemented by using questionnaires targeting 914 Grade 1 and 2 high school students (472 male students and 442 female students) in the Pohang and Gumi
      areas. The results of this study are as follows: In terms of the relationship between meaning of life and career attitude maturity, career attitude maturity level became higher
      as meaning of life increased. In terms of the relationship between career barriers and career attitude maturity, career attitude maturity level became lower as career barriers increased. In terms of the relationship between meaning of life and career barriers, career barriers were perceived lower as the level of meaning of life increased. In terms of the relationship between meaning of life and career attitude maturity, career barrier's partial mediating effect were investigated. In other words, if meaning of life that high school students perceive is higher, it can directly influence on raising the level of career attitude maturity and this can be regarded that higher meaning of life can affect on increasing career attitude maturity level by reducing high school student's perception level toward career barriers. The above-mentioned results imply that it is important to help adolescents find their own life goals when training and counselling about their career and to put an effort to assist them to increase their meaning of life. Through this, adolescents can realize their immediate career barrier as a situation that they can overcome and solve instead of limitations and thus positive effects can be brought on their career attitude maturity.
