여성 리더십 함양을 위한 토론수업 모형 연구 = A Study on a Class Debate Model for the Development of Women's Leadership

국문 초록 (Abstract)

여성 리더십은 협동적ㆍ수평적 조직 운영을 중시하며, 양적 성장보다 질적 과정을, 권위적 통제보다 합리적 의사결정 과정을 존중한다. 이러한 여성 리더십을 갖추기 위한 교과과정으로 토론교육의 중요성을 살펴보았으며, 토론교육을 통해 논리적 텍스트 구성력을 신장할 수 있는 수업모형을 제시하였다. 논리적 텍스트 구성력은 타인과의 의사소통을 민주적으로 할 수 있는 논리적 설득 능력을 키우게 되며, 수평적 의사소통 능력을 함양할 수 있다. 그 때문에 대학에서의 여성 리더십 프로그램으로 토론교육이 주요하게 부각되는 것이다. 이 글에서는 1차적으로 논리성을 키우는 토론교육 모형을 제시하는 데 중심을 두었지만 앞으로 여성 리더십 프로그램으로 토론교육이 발전하기 위해서는 논제 개발이나 토론모형의 다양화 등이 이루어져야 할 것이라 생각한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper addresses the importance of debate-based classes as a women's leadership course. Women's leadership emphasizes cooperative and horizontal management of organization, and also respects qualitative and reasonable decision making process, rather than quantitative growth and authoritative control. Therefore, this article introduces a class model in order to improve the students' ability to construct a logical text. The ability to construct a logical text, this paper argues, is essential for logical persuasion and ultimately for horizontal and democratic communication. While presenting a class debate model is a primary object of this current study, in order to further improve the women's leadership program, more discussion topics and various debate models must be developed in the future.
