    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between variables on adolescents' self-efficacy and academic achievement in confluence approach. An exploratory study was conducted to investigate the role and the relative contribution of selected school achievement, self-efficacy variables on middle-school students' by KEDI's longitudinal study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations and regression analysis by using SPSS 17.0. The major results of this study were as follows; Self-efficacy variables significantly related on adolescents' academic achievement. The more self-efficacy were high, the higher adolescents' academic achievement score were. Adolescents' academic achievement affected through self-efficacy variables. And There are discussion about the educational current events point on the field.
