자기효능감의 학업성취도 예측에 있어 부모지원과 학교소속감의 조절효과 = The moderating effects of academic achievement and self-efficacy of students in autonomous private high schools on the relationship between a sense of belonging in school and parental support

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2010년 우리나라 교육현장에 처음으로 도입된 자율형사립고등학교의 학생을 대상으로 진행하였다. 학생의 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 변인인 학업적 자기효능감과의 관계의 설명력을 높이기 위해서 자율형사립고등학생의 환경적 특성변인인 부모지원과 학교소속감의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 서울의 A자율형사립고등학교의 시행 첫 해 입학생인, 2011학년도 2학년 재학생 전원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 데이터를 수집하였다. 결석자, 무응답자 등을 제외한 232명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 자율형사립고등학생의 학업적자기효능감과 학업성취도에 부모지원과 학교소속감의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 두 변인모두가 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 각각, 부모지원과 학교소속감이 높은 경우는 학업적 자기효능감이 증가함에 따라 학업성취도가 급격히 증가하였다. 이에 반해 부모지원과 학교소속감이 낮은 경우는 자기효능감이 증가함에 따라 학업성취도가 완만히 증가하였다. 따라서 자율형사립고등학교에서는 학생들의 부모지원과 학교소속감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램을 만들어서 활용한다면, 높은 학업성취가 나타날 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effects of academic achievement and self-efficiency of students in autonomous private high schools
on the relationship between a sense of belonging in school and parental support.
The participant school was an autonomous high school in Korea. A hypothetical model was proposed which was composed of self-efficacy as an exogenous variable, academic achievement as an endogenous variable, and the sense of belonging in school, and parental support as moderating effects on students. The results of this study are as follows: The sense of belonging in school was the one of main effects on the relationship between academic achievement and self-efficacy of students, especially in autonomous private high schools. Secondly, parental support is also a serious moderating effect on the relationship as above.
