The purpose of this study was attempted to extract affecting variables on leisure dancer`s life satisfaction from demographical, psychological behavioral factors of leisure dance participants. To achieve the aim, 403 samples were extracted from local culture centers and community clubs located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province using convenience sampling method. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS version 15.0 program. The specific analysis methods were exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, independent t-test and multiple regression. As the results of these data analysis, the conclusions of this study were as follows. First, there were three variables affecting on leisure dancer`s life satisfaction. Those were self-esteem, monthly household income and flow experience. All of them effected positively. Second, self-esteem had the strongest effect, monthly household income was the next and flow experience had the weakest effect. So most of all, leisure dance instructors need to effort to control participants` self-esteem and flow experience through individual contact with clients.
