다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is intended to analyze and identify the effect of professor-student interaction on physical self-efficacy and dance ability achievement. To test the study hypothesis, this study randomly selected five 1-4year colleges opening the department of dance 293 located in four areas such as Seoul, Kyonggi, Daejeon and Chungnam as of 2009. To investigate the relationship between professor-student interaction, physical self-efficacy and dance ability achievement through collected data, one-way analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis and path analysis using multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, the following findings were obtained: First, it was found that there was a more statistically significant difference in the feeling of physical attraction as one of physical self-efficacy in traditional Korean dance and ballet than there was in contemporary dance. it was found that there was a more statistically significant difference in the feeling of ability as one of physical self-efficacy in less than 5 years and 6-10 years than there was in more than 11 years. it was found that there was a more statistically significant difference in the feeling of practical ability achievement as one of dance ability achievement in less than 5 years than 6-10 years and more than 11 years. Second, it was found that the feeling of ability had a statistically significant effect on the variable of the intimate feeling. And it was found that both the feelings of intimacy and sincerity had a significant effect on physical attraction and self-confidence. Third, it was found that the feeling of trust and sincerity had a statistically significant effect on creative ability achievement. and it was found that the feeling of intimacy had a statistically significant effect on ability-to-understand achievement. and it was found that the feeling of trust had a statistically significant effect on practical ability achievement. Fourth, it was found that the feeling of ability and self-confidence had a statistically significant effect on creative ability achievement. and it was found that the feeling of ability had a statistically significant effect on ability-to-understand achievement and practical ability achievement. fifth, there was a causal relationship between professor-student interaction, physical self-efficacy and dance ability achievement.
