셀프리더십이 직무몰입과 스트레스에 미치는 영향: 유통업 종사자들의 일과 삶의 균형 매개 효과를 중심으로 = The Effect of Self-leadership on job commitment and Job stress: Focused on mediating effect of Work and Life balanc

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between a member`s self-leadership, members` job commitment and job stress and the mediating effect of work-life balance. Also, this study examined the moderating effect of demographic variables such as age, gender and so on. Data were collected from 440 employees from a number of companies. The results of this study showed that self-leadership was significantly and positively related to work-life balance. Also, work-life balance was significantly negatively related to job stress. However, there are no relationship between work-life balance and job commitment. Work-life balance mediated the relationship between the self leadership and job stress. And the gender moderated the relationship between work-life balance and job stress. Based on the results, the implication and limitation of this study and the directions for future research were briefly discussed.
