사회공헌활동의 효과적 실행을 위한 전략적 접근방안 연구 = Study of the strategic approaching for effective implementation of corporate contribution activity to society

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기업의 사회적 책임은 경제적, 법적, 윤리적, 자선(사회)적 영역을 망라한다. 네 영역은 상호 연계되고 그 책임들을 다하는 것이 기업의 사회공헌으로 볼 수 있다. 그것의 기본적 성격은 자발성이며, 활동 내용 및 방식 등도 정해져 있지 않다. 글로벌 경영환경에서 사회공헌활동은 기업의 지속가능한 발전을 위한 장기 투자로서 그 의의가 부각되었다. 사회공헌사업은 점차 기업의 비즈니스 모델과 연계되고, 시장가치 창출과 함께 사회를 변화시키는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 그러므로 사회공헌활동에 대한 전략적 접근이 필요하다. 그것을 위한 방향으로서 외부네트워크의 확대, 내부역량 강화, 전사전략과 연계, 공헌활동 프로그램의 품질을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 차별화전략, 블루오션전략, 성장매트릭스 전략을 통합하여 사회공헌활동의 효과적 실행을 위한 전략적 실행모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Corporate social responsibility includes economic, legal, ethical, discretionary responsibility. Four domains are closely connected. To perform the responsibilities is the corporate contribution to society. This has voluntary nature. The activity gets a lot of attention from companies as the invest for the sustainable development. The corporate contribution to society is gradually related to the business model and the creation of value for social progress. we need the strategic approach to the corporate social responsibility, for which direction indicate the expansion of network, the building of corporate competence, the connection to business strategy and improvement of the activity quality. The goal of this study is to provide the strategic model for effective implementation of the activity.
