동네의원 활성화를 위한 서울형 의료 서비스 및 브랜드 디자인 = Service and Brand Design for Local Clinics in Seoul

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 서울시 동네의원의 활성화를 위한 공공서비스 디자인에 대한 연구로서, 서울시민의 의료서비스 품질 및 만족도를 제고하고자 함. 제품-서비스 디자인 방법론을 활용한 접근으로 Generative Tools 와 E3 가치체계를 이용하여 고객 경험중심의 요구사항과 가치를 분류 및 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 목표 Tree 를 구축함. 기존 동네의원의 프로세스를 바탕으로 관련자들의 (의사, 간호사, 환자, 보호자 등) 행위를 체계적으로 연계 분석하여 의료서비스 제공자와 수혜자간의 상로작용을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 모색함. 제너럴닥터의 테스트베드를 통하여 동네의원의 서비스 프로세스 및 일반의원과 제너럴닥터의 경험가치를 구체적으로 평가 및 분석함. 이를 바탕으로, 환자 및 동네의원 의사들의 Co-creation 을 통해 동네의원 활성화를 위한 아이디어 개선 방안을 도출함.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This case study claims that service design methods can help the health care design for Seoul local clinic users to provide improved experience values; working with health care stakeholders (doctors, nurses, patients etc.). As public services, especially health care sectors are faced with substantial challenges with social and cultural trends. It has never been more important to work together to design and improve public services for all. The experiences for stakeholders involved in the health care service have been designed using the Product-Service Systems design methodology developed at the Creative Design Institute.
Applying Generative Tools and E3 values, the research identified and classified user experience centered requirements and values to set needs trees. The research evaluated local clinic service processes using General Doctor's as a benchmark. Through systematic analyses and evaluations over the services offered by both the general local clinics and General Doctor, the research was able to come up with ideas and suggestions for future developments. Co-creation activities among patients and clinicians have helped the research to bring up effective ideas addressing the extant issues of the local clinic services.
