국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 사회적 지지가 진로장애와 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 진로결정수준에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 4년제와 2년제에 재학중인 대학생 642명으로, 사회적 지지 척도, 진로장애 척도, 진로결정자기효능감 척도, 진로결정수준 척도를 사용하였다. 사회적 지지와 진로결정수준 간의 관계에서 진로장애와 진로결정자기효능감이 매개변수로 작용할 것이라는 연구모형을 도출하였고, 구조방정식을 통해 이를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생이 지각하는 사회적 지지는 진로장애에 부적인 직접효과가 있었다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감에 대해 직접효과와 더불어 진로장애를 통한 매개효과를 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 사회적 지지는 진로장애와 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 진로결정수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회·환경적 맥락 차원과 개인 내적 변인을 함께 고려한 통합적인 접근이 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 진로결정자기효능감에 따른 진로장애와 사회적 지지에 대한 연구가 후속적으로 수행될 필요가 있다.

The present study examined the mediating social supports, and career decision making self efficacy, base on the relationship between career barriers and career decision. 642 four years college students or two years students completed a self report questionnaire that measured the social supports, career barriers, career decision making self efficacy, and career decision.
Results showed the more adolescents felt social supports the easier it was for them to recover career barriers. Social supports mediating hypothesis is supported as a function of career decision making self efficacy and career barriers. Similarly, career decision making self efficacy, and career barriers mediated as a function of social supports and career decision. We will study that career decision making self efficacy depend on social supports and career barriers perception.
