지속가능한 도시재생을 고려한 창조도시 접근체계에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Socio-economic paradigm for urban developments has been continuously evolved to meet various demands of the times. Accordingly, with regards to appropriate development methodology, various modifications in development typologies and business structures have to be accompanied along with those evolutions.
Furthermore, those continuously evolving social paradigm has resulted in different objects and methodologies in developments’ perspectives. With responds to these phenomena, this study aims to provide systematic classifications as well as analysis in urban regenerative perspectives on various tools and strategies adopted in Creative City as a new development form. Further to provide public sector with theoretical backgrounds to help them to carry out development to be more creative and effective ways.
Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors through of literatures related to urban regeneration & creative city, theory study, advanced studies, case analysis in domestic and overseas, and to analyze interrelationship between urban regeneration creative city.
This study suggests approach system of creative city with consideration of sustainable urban regeneration.
