프로젝트 공급망 내에서의 정보공유, 인센티브 및 협력의지에 관한 탐색적 연구 = An Exploratory Study on Information Sharing, Incentives and Collaboration in Project-based Supply Chain

국문 초록 (Abstract)

프로젝트 기반의 공급망관리는 입찰 및 수주, 협력업체의 선정, 계약체결부터 시작하여 프로젝트 진행을 위한 협력업체와의 지속적 통합 등 다양한 활동이 포함된다. 본 연구의 목적은 프로젝트 유형의 공급망에 참여한 바 있는 협력업체들의 공급망 주도기업과의 지속적 거래의지를 최종적인 종속요인으로 설정하고, 정보공유, 인센티브, 협업, 신뢰, 피드백 등과 같은 주요 선행요인 간의 상호연관관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 프로젝트 공급망에의 참여실적이 있는 기업들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 통계적 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 협력업체들의 프로젝트 공급망에의 지속적 참여는 기업 간 신뢰와 협업에 의해 영향을 받으며, 정보공유수준은 신뢰와 인센티브에 의해 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 협업수준은 인센티브와 실시간 의사소통 및 피드백 수준에 의해 영향을 받으며, 이중 실시간 의사소통과 피드백수준은 다시 정보공유와 신뢰에 의해 상당한 영향을 받는다는 결과를 도출하였다. 다만 신뢰는 협업수준에 영향을 미치지 못하며 인센티브도 거래의지에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못한다는 통계적 결과가 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 프로젝트 기반의 공급망 운영을 위한 핵심요소에 관한 연구틀은 협력업체와의 관계개선에 관한 시사점과 혁신이 필요한 영역에 관한 가이드라인 제공에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Supply chain management for complex project focuses on planning acquisitions, identifying and choosing the right suppliers and subcontractors, planning and negotiating appropriate contracts, and administering and closing contracts. Working with suppliers and subcontractors requires continuous integration activities during project execution. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of planned behavior of the suppliers and subcontractors participating in the project-based supply chain. This study proposes the intention to participate within the supply chain, collaboration, real time communication and feedback, information sharing, trust and incentives as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from the suppliers and subcontractors having experiences with complex projects. The statistical results indicate that the trust and collaboration influence the intention to participate, and that the trust and incentives have some impact on the information sharing. It was also found that the collaboration level is determined by incentive, and real time communication and feedback, which, in turn, is influenced by information sharing and trust. But on the contrary to our expectation, the trust and incentives have no significant impact on the collaboration level and the intention to participate, respectively. This framework may provide a roadmap for the improvement of supply chain relationships, and help the organizations identify key areas for improvement in the future.
