대·중소기업 상생협력의 유형별 사례분석 = The Case Study on the Partnership between the Big Companies and the Small and Medium-sizedCompanies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 치열해진 글로벌경쟁에서 경영전략적 관점에서 아웃소싱의 중요성이 커지고 있으며 이에따라 협력업체와의 동반성장 또는 상생협력이 화두가 되고 있다. 대·중소기업 상생 협력은 기업경쟁력 강화측면 뿐 아니라 CSR관점에서도 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 대·중소기업 상생협력의 중요성과 국내외 사례분석을 통해 향후 바람직한 상생협력 모델을 제시하기 위해 시도되었다. 따라서 본고에서는 공급사슬상의 파트너인 대·중소기업간 협력의 중요성을 검토하고, 대·중소기업간 성공적인 협력적 파트너십에 관한 국내외 사례를 조사분석하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to recent fierce global competition, importance of outsourcing has increased in terms of strategic management perspective. Accordingly, inclusive growth and coexistent cooperation between partner firms has received much review. The importance of coexistent cooperation between large corporations and small to medium enterprises is growing in terms of improving competitiveness of firms and in CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) perspective. Under these circumstances, attempt was made to present the importance of collaboration between large corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises and to present desirable collaborative structure between the firms through domestic and foreign case studies. Thus, this paper investigates the importance of collaboration between partners in the supply chain and analyzes case studies on successful collaborative partnership between large corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises.
