사용자의 개인 혁신성, 신뢰, 감응신뢰가 전자정부 이용의도에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Users' Personal Innovativeness, Trust, and Felt Trust on Intention to Use E-government

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the governments are turning into e-governments, development of information and communication technologies is supposed to greatly facilitate the works to implement efficient and effective services online. The success of e-government is considered providing users like citizens and businesses with more opportunities to participate in democratic processes. The antecedent variables on intention to use e-government are personal innovativeness, trust and felt trust. Personal innovativeness refers to the individual trait to try out new products or services or ideas. Trust is the main factor to strengthen intention to use in virtual space as well as in real world. In response to trust, many researchers focuses on felt trust that means a user's perception that he/she is trusted by e-government. These trust and felt trust have an positive impact on innovations or consequences including intention to use. This study was conducted to identify whether personal innovativeness, trust and felt trust influence intention to use e-government. In addition, this study was investigated the moderating effect of trust and felt trust on the relationship between personal innovativeness and intention to use e-government. These hypotheses on data from a survey of users were tested. The results show that the personal innovativeness, trust and felt trust have positive significant impact on intentions to use e-government. And the personal innovativeness has moderating effects on the relationship between trust, felt trust and intentions to use e-government.
