지역사회 청소년 진로체험 활성화 및 연계협력 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 청소년 진로체험의 의의와 필요성을 살펴보고 우리나라 청소년 진로체험의 현황과 문제점 분석을 토대로 지역사회중심의 청소년 진로체험 활성화 방안을 제시하고 교육과학기술부와 2011년 11월 23일에 체결한 “진로교육 및 진로체험 활성화”를 위한 업무협약(MOU)과 관련하여 진로진학상담교사 및 청소년지도자 대상 연수교육 방안 마련에 목적을 두고 수행되었다.
이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 청소년 진로체험 및 진로체험 활성화를 위한 정책추진 현황 관련 국내?외 문헌을 분석하였으며, 청소년 진로체험 현황 분석을 위하여 한국청소년정책연구원(2009)의 「한국청소년진로?직업실태조사」자료와 한국고용정보원(2010)의 「청소년 직업 체험 운영 실태조사」, 한국직업능력개발원(2008)의 「진로교육에 대한 교사 인식 조사」자료를 이용하여 2차 분석을 시도하였다.
연구결과를 바탕으로 도출된 청소년 진로체험활동 활성화를 위한 지역사회 중심 연계협력방안은 다음과 같다. 지역사회에서 청소년관련시설과 이용기관 간의 프로그램 연계 시 기존에 관계형성이 이루어져 있는 경우에는 협력관계가 지속될 수 있도록 발전시켜 나가는 노력이 필요하겠지만, 새롭게 연계할 경우에는 서로 간의 정보와 이해가 부족하기 때문에 상호 기관 간에 신뢰관계를 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 연계협력을 위해 첫째, 사업계획에 반영될 수 있도록 연초 사전협의가 필요하다. 둘째, 적절한 대상자 선정이 필요하다. 셋째, 프로그램 내용 조정 시 과도한 변경은 프로그램 본래의 목적과 취지에서 벗어날 수 있으므로 유의할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 사후 프로그램 평가를 소홀이 하지 않도록 해야 한다.
진로진학상담교사 및 청소년지도자 대상 연수교육(안)은 다음과 같다. 연수시간은 6학점(90시간), 연수기간은 2주(합숙 운영, 토 ? 일 제외)로 연수형태는 방학 중 합숙연수, 학기 중 연수 등 상황에 따라 다양하게 운영할 수 있으며, 학교급별(중학교, 고등학교), 계열별(일반고, 특성화고)로 연수과목을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is aimed to investigate the significance and necessities of youth career experience, propose a local society-centered youth career experience promotion plan based on the results of the investigation and establish an education and training plan for school counselors and youth advisors regarding ‘MOU for Promotion of Career Education and Experiences’ which was signed with Ministry of Education, Science and Technology on November 23, 2011.
For this, this study analyzed domestic and foreign literature records regarding the policies for promotion of youth career experience. It has also attempted to investigate current youth career experience, using ‘Survey on Future Career and Occupation for Korean Adolescents’ by National Youth Policy Institute (2009), ‘Survey on Current Status of Youth Job Experience’ by Korea Employment Information Service(2010) and ‘Survey on Teachers’ Awareness on Career Education’ by Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training.
A local society-centered cooperation plan for promotion of youth career experience activities, which was developed based on the results of the study is as follows:
It would be necessary to keep strengthening cooperative relationship if it was already formed between youth facilities and related organizations. If a new connection is formed, it is necessary to establish reliable relationship among organizations. For these linkage and cooperation, first, a preliminary discussion is required to have them reflected on the business proposal. Second, it is necessary to select decent subjects. Third, it is required to keep in mind that too many changes in program coordination may lead to failure to achieve the goals and purposes of the program.
Fourth, it is important to pay attention to the evaluation of follow-up programs.
An education and training program for school counselors and youth advisors is as follows: The program lasts for two weeks(unavailable on weekends). Participants will earn 6 credits(90 hours). They can join the program during vacation or when they have time while the semester is still in session. The subjects are proposed by school grade(junior high, high school) and type(special/academic high school).
