사회적 자본이 지역주민의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = 지역사회 민간자원 연계사업 참여 주민을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting social capital on life satisfaction of the residents participating in mobilization program of community resources. And this study utilizes the concept of ‘social capital’. data used for this article is the survey on 300 participants of ‘Beautiful neighbors, Seoul Didimdol’. This study adopted factor analysis for constructing components of ‘social capital’. And to identify factors affecting outcomes of the program, this study used regression analysis. First, the results of constructing components of ‘social capital’ are as follows. The components are ‘Group and Network’, ‘Trust and Solidarity’, ‘Collective action and Cooperation’. And, factors affecting on the life satisfaction of the residents are individual factors such as marital status, household income and the level of social capital. Among the social capital, linking social capital, trust and participation are important factors. The implications of these findings are as follows. First, more practical concerns should be given on the management of the program as community organization practice. Second, it is needed to concern about the utilization of the concept on the ‘social capital’ managing on the community organization strategy.
