The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of hotel employees` job satisfaction on their organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors based on previous research results showing that their job satisfaction is crucial to enhancing hotels organizational effects. Overall, the theoretical research model proposed in this study demonstrates acceptable goodness of fit, and all of the three hypotheses are statistically significant. The results of this study are threefold. First, hotel employees` job satisfaction has a statistically significant influence on their organizational commitment. Second, their job satisfaction has a statistically significant influence on their organizational citizenship behaviors. However, their organizational commitment has a greater influence on their organizational citizenship behaviors than their job satisfaction does. Third, their organizational commitment statistically significantly influences their organizational citizenship behaviors.
