재취업 중,고령자의 구직방법에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 -경제활동인구조사 고령자부가조사(2009)를 중심으로 = A Study on Determinants of Job Searching Method of the Re-Employed Pre-Elderly in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To acquire basic data for the pre-elderly`s manpower utilization and re-employment policy in aging society, this thesis intends to analyze determinants of the pre-elderly`s job searching method using Additional Survey of the Elderly, Economically Active Population Survey(2009). The pre-elderly group that used a public employment agency as the major job searching method was vulnerable class in higher age. On the other hand, the group that used direct application and a private employment agency was one re-employed in jobs relating to life-time main job while wanting a full-time employment. The group that used mass media tends to reside in the city with lower age and higher reservation age. The main research findings and implication of this study are like following; First, it shows that most of the pre-elderly were re-employed through personal contact so raises an important policy task to ensure publicity in job searching and re-employment service. Second, it shows that career and reservation wage were main variables in the pre-elderly`s selecting of job searching method so suggests their job retention and active labor market policy to be required. Third, re-employment of the pre-elderly through personal contact means lower quality of re-employment so required to expand network through participation of community. Finally, job searching needs of the pre-elderly including baby boomer are expected to be diversified so required to prepare systemic policies on employment and re-employment.
