개발에 따른 기반시설부담비용의 적정배분에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Appropriate Assignment of Development Impact Fee for Infrastructure

Land use and development drive the demand for infrastructure and infrastructure can have a significant influence on the ways in which land is developed and used. Infrastructure rolling system to be enforced from 2003 has something to do with the relationship between land use and development and infrastructure. This study reports the simulation of designation of infrastructure bearing zone, the choice of location and building/land use weights, and computation of development impact fee as an actual enforcement way of infrastructure rolling system. Appropriate distribution of development impact fee depends on the situation indigenous to the corresponding region, balance of development impact fee between central and neighbouring regions, and financial capability of the local self-government. A planning support system for infrastructure rolling system needs to be built in order to generate and manipulate the infrastructure bearing plan.
