This study examines hypotheses that three organizational rewards(job, compensation, promotion) have effect on employee`s burnout(emotional exhaustion and depersonalization) among flight attendants. Questionnaires were collected from 233 flight attendants working for two airlines in Korea. From the hierarchical regression analysis, this research could find out some results such as follows. First, only promotion of three rewards from organization decreases the level of emotional exhaustion, but job and compensation can`t do that. Second, job and compensation decrease the level of depersonalization, but there is no meaningful effect of promotion on depersonalization. Third, according to the results of these analyses it is very important for organization to reform rewards policy to meet employee`s needs.
