To hold a dominant position in the competition getting serious in the air transportation industry, it is very important for an airline to improve organizational effectiveness through effective and efficient management of organization of flight attendants in the feature of the air transportation industry depending a lot on human resource. The purpose of this study is to determine relation between servant leadership and organizational effectiveness of flight attendant in an airline. The results of this study is that servant leadership partly positively affects the organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction but organization commitment.
