레슬링지도자의 리더십과 선수태도 및 경기력의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the relationship among leadership, athlete attitude and of Wrestling coach. In order to achieve this purpose, 154 subjects were selected by the purposed sampling method among Greco-Roman style wrestling athletes. Although 154 participants responded, only 147 were used for data analyses because 5 were considered to be incompletely or incorrectly responded to. The survey questionnaire ware 1) transformational leadership developed Bass(1985) and standardized by Wright(1996); 2) the questionnaire for athlete attitude developed by Kwon(1999). 3) the questionnaire for sport performance. The statistical methods utilized in the study for analyzing the collected data were reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlate analysis and standard multiple regression analysis, and from the results of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: The following results were obtained: First, It shows the differences in athlete`s attitude, performance and readership according to populo-statistical and socio-economical characteristic in wrestling athlete. Second, transformational leadership of Wrestling coach influences athlete attitude. Third, transformational leadership of Wrestling coach influences athlete performance. Fourth, attitude of Wrestling athletes influences athlete performance.
