역할갈등과 직무만족에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인 중에서 특히 역할갈등을 주요요인으로 설정하고 역할갈등의 유발요인을 규명함으로써, 역할갈등을 해소하고 직무만족을 더욱 증대시키는 분석적 토대를 마련하고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 분석결과 개인역할갈등에 공식화, 의사소통, 참여가 영향을 미치며, 성취동기, 환경요인은 영향을 미치지 않고, 송신자에 의한 역할갈등에는 공식화는 영향을 미치나, 의사소통, 참여, 성취동기, 환경요인은 영향을 미치지 않고, 과부하에 의한 역할갈등에 성취동기는 영향을 미치나, 환경, 의사소통, 참여, 성취동기는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 개인역할갈등, 과부하에 의한 역할갈등은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 송신자에 의한 역할갈등은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 의사소통, 환경은 직무만족에 직접적으로 영향을 미치며, 공식화, 참여, 성취동기요인이 직무만족에 직접적으로는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 공식화, 성취동기요인은 갈등요인을 통해 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 의사소통, 참여, 환경요인은 직무만족에 갈등요인을 통해서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The object of this study is to improve the police administration service and the work performance of police officers, through the analytic ground to increase job satisfaction and to solve the role conflict by setting the role conflict as a main factor among many factors to influence the job satisfaction between the role conflict and the job satisfaction of police officers and explaining the factors of the role conflict.
