국문 초록 (Abstract)

가치창출의 원천이 정보와 지식으로 변화함에 따라 지식사회가 도래하게 되었으며 이러한 지식기반 경제체제하에서 인적자원의 중요성은 대두되었다. 본 연구는 노동시장의 유연화에 따른 평생학습 사회의 구현을 위한 근로자 교육의 새로운 패러다임의 일환으로 근로자의 교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하려는 것이다. 최근 지방대학의 경쟁력 약화와 산학협력 시스템의 부재에 따라 지역경제의 침체와 지방대학 학생들의 취업률 하락 그리고 지방정부의 재정 약화로 이어지면서 심각한 사회적 문제로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 산학협력 체계를 활성화하는 방안으로서 근로자의 교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하고 그 결과로서 지방산업의 활성화와 지방대 학생들의 취업률 향상을 기초로 대학의 경쟁력과 지방정부의 재정확보를 기할 수 있을 것이다.

The knowledge society arrived by information and knowledge changed the resource of value product. These economic system based knowledge raised the importance of human resources. this study is realized of life-learning society by flexibility of labor market. And the purpose of this study is development of education and training program according to the new paradium for employees. The leading role of educational-industrial complex for activation of regional economic is regional university, but the regional university not self-discipline the leading role. It is social problem. The result of this study is groping activation of local economic, competitive power of regional university and financial secure of regional government by the development of education and training program.
