The main purpose of this study is, what kinds of the organization culture types are in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism through Quinn & Rohrbaugh(1983)'s competing values model(CVM). And also what kind of relations between organizational culture types and organizational effectiveness. For the last, searching the potentials through the result of this empirical study.
The result of empirical study, first, the 4 classes of organization culture types were balanced but the rational culture was a little bit higher in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. And at the organization effectiveness the job satisfaction was a little bit higher then the organization immersion. Second, organizational culture gives influence to job satisfaction but it is inertia at organization immersion. Through this organizational culture gives an influence to organizational effectiveness so there must be a strategy change.
