지식경영에 있어서 구조적 자산과 조직유효성간의관계에서 신뢰의 조절효과 분석 = The moderating Effects of trust on the Relationship between Structural Assets of Knowledge Management and Organizational Effectiveness

The purpose of this study is to find out the core factors of knowledge management structural asset and confirm venture business's present knowledge management condition. Then it grasps the present affairs of knowledge management in our venture business which are just at the beginning of the introduction of knowledge management. It finds out the most suitable model through verification and the analysis into these the core factors of knowledge management's structural asset with cause and effect. It focuses on showing the core factors of knowledge management's structural asset which are necessary for driving management results by introducing knowledge management to each business venture. The analytic result of this article are summarize as follows.
first, knowledge environment is positively associated with the organization commitment second, knowledge process and information technology is positively associated with the organization effectiveness Third, knowledge management strategy is positively associated with the organization effectiveness fourth, knowledge environment and knowledge management strategy has moderating effects innovativeness. finally, knowledge process has moderating effects organizational commitment. Overall, the result of this study strongly suggests that make high knowledge shared, change office good condition, introduce knowledge management, strong knowledge management intention of CEO

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 선행연구를 통하여 지식경영에서 구조적 자산의 핵심요인을 찾고, 지식경영 도입초기에 있는 벤처기업들의 지식경영 현황을 파악하는데 있다. 또한 지식경영에서 구조적 자산 핵심요인들이 조직유효성에 미치는 인과관계를 실증분석을 통해 검증한 다음 이를 근거로 벤처기업이 지식경영을 도입하여 조직유효성을 높이는데 필요한핵심요인을 제시하고자 하였다. 가설검증 결과 첫째, 지식 환경은 조직유효성 변수 중조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지식프로세스와 정보기술은조직유효성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지식경영전략은 조직유효성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 구조적자산과 조직에 대한 신뢰의조직유효성에의 상호작용결과 지식환경과 지식경영전략은 혁신성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 벤처기업 경영자들은 지식경영을 통한 조직유효성을 높이기 위해서는 구성원들 간의 지식공유 여건을 조성하고 지식프로그램을 활성화하며사무실을 창의적인 분위기로 바꿔야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 아이디어와 자원을팀과 부서 간 원활하게 공유할 수 있는 지식경영전략으로서 지식경영을 도입해야 할것이며, 무엇보다도 최고경영자의 지식경영의 필요성에 대한 확고한 의지가 필요하다.
