한국판 아동용 다면적 생활만족도 검사의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증 = Validity and reliability of the Korean version of Multidimensional Students' Life Satisfaction Scale (K-MSLSS)

The purpose of this study was to assess the psychometric properties of the Korean version of Multidimensional Students' Life Satisfaction Scale (K-MSLSS). The K-MSLSS and K-CDI were administered to 254 children in grades 3 through 6. Sub-samples completed a retest and the Self- Perception Scale. Result of the exploratory factor analysis supported a five-factor structure: friends, school, family, environment, and self. Retest stability was acceptable for the five factors. Virtually all relationships between the K-MSLSS and K-CDI supported the validity of the K-MSLSS. However, several hypothesized relationships between the K-MSLSS and the Self-Perception Scale were not supported. These results offer further evidence for the concurrent validity of the K-MSLSS.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국판 아동용 다면적 생활만족도 검사(K-MSLSS)의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. Huebner(1994)의 MSLSS 40문항을 번안 ․ 수정하여 예비조사를 실시한 후, 만 9-12세 남녀 초등학생 254명을 대상으로 본 조사를 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, K-MSLSS는 친구, 학교, 가족, 환경, 자아 만족도의 5요인이 추출되었으며 최종 34문항으로 확정되었다. 2주 간격으로 실시한 K-MSLSS의 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .84(Pearson's r)였으며, 친구, 학교, 가족, 환경, 자아 등 각 하위 요인별 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 각각 .80, .82, .79, .79, .73으로서 모든 영역에서 높은 신뢰도를 나타냈다. 34문항 전체의 내적일치도는 Cronbach's α =.90이었으며, 친구, 학교, 가족, 환경, 자아 등 각 하위 요인별 내적 일치도는 .84, .84, .80. .82, .73으로서 심리측정적으로 매우 양호한 구성타당도를 나타내었다. 준거척도와의 상관분석 결과, 아동용 자아지각척도와는 .43(n=96)의 비교적 약한 상관을 보였으나, 소아우울척도(K-CDI)와는 -.63(N=254)의 양호한 상관을 보여 적절한 공인타당도를 나타내었다. 따라서 K-MSLSS는 만 9-12세의 한국 아동을 대상으로 하는 연구에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
