유아의 정서지능 수준에 따른 창의성과 유머 이해에 관한 연구 = A Study on Young Children's Creativity and Sense of Humor in Terms of Emotional Intelligence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유아의 정서지능 수준(정서지능이 높은 유아, 정서지능 낮은 유아)에 따라 창의성, 유머 이해도, 유머 감지도, 유머 표현을 측정하고 그 관계에 대하여 알아보았다. 연구대상 유아는 만 5세 유아 100명을 이영자, 이종숙, 신은수(2000)의 ‘교사 평정에 의한 유아용 정서지능 평가도구’ 검사에 의하여 정서지능 상위 집단 20명과 정서지능 하위 집단 20명을 연구대상 유아로 선정하였다. 연구도구는 토랜스 창의성 검사도구(TTCT), 유머가 포함되어 있는 2권의 그림책, McGhee와 Lloyd(1981)가 제작한 도구를 강문희(1982)가 수정하여 사용한 유머자극 카드를 사용하여 창의성, 유머 이해도, 유머 감지도를 측정하였다. 또한 유머 표현은 실내자유선택활동 상황 중에 나타나는 유머 행동 특성을 Varga(2000)의 연구에 기초하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 유아의 정서지능 수준에 따른 창의성, 유머 이해도, 유머 감지도, 유머 표현은 정서지능이 높은 유아들이 정서지능이 낮은 유아들보다 창의성, 유머 이해도, 유머 감지도, 유머 표현이 높게 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
