노년기 건강관리 행동과 사회 경제 요인이 건강 상태에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 전주, 익산, 군산, 남원, 정읍등 전라북도 5개시에 거주하는 65세이상의 노인 중 종합사회복지관에서 시행하는 무료 노인건강검진에 응한 남녀 812명을 대상으로 최근 여러 연구에서 공통적으로 다루어진 여러 영역의 건강상태를 주요 건강관리 행동 및 사회경제 요인별로 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과, 정기적 검진, 규칙적 식사, 규칙적인 운동, 규칙적인 생활을 하는 집단은 이와는 다른 생활을 하는 기타 집단보다 정신건강이 우월한 것으로 나타났으며 정기적 검진보다는 규칙적인 운동을 하는 집단이 신체적 건강이 우월한 것으로 나타났으며, 하루 2 시간이상 활동을 하는 집단이 비활동 집단보다 모든 영역에서의 건강이 우월한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 채식육식병행집단이 채식집단보다 비해 정신적 건강이 우월한 것으로 나타났으며 자가와 전세에서 거주하는 집단이 기타집단보다 모든 영역의 건강이 우월한 것으로 나타났고, 노인 부부가 함께 사는 집단은 노인독거, 기혼성인자녀동거, 손자부양노인 집단보다 정신건강이 우월한 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 결과에 따라, 노인의 건강을 유지 증진시키고 사회적 만족을 가질 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 안정적인 주거, 많은 신체활동량, 가족 구성의 다양화, 기초생활보장 수급자들에 대한 안정적인 생활보장 등을 해주는데 필요한 구체적인 실천적 모델이 자리매김 해야 한다고 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to investigate influential environment factors on health status and welfare of the elderly, and to propose meaningful welfare policies for effective care of the elderly. Sampling was taken among 812 aged above the age of 65 residing in 5 cities, Jeollabulk-do. Collected data for research was analysed using percentage and descriptive statistics. t-test, and analysis of variance(ANOVA) was conducted. And the results are as follows. First, it was found that there was a difference by socio demographic in type of health management and volume of physical activities among health status, but there was no difference by sex in eating patterns. Second, it was found that there was a difference by socio demographic in housing state and family members among health status, but there was no difference by sex in national basic livelihood security recipient. Third, it was found that there was a significant difference in mental and physical health of type of health promotion behavior, but there was no difference in social health. Fourth, it was found that there was a difference in mental, physical, and social health by environmental factor. Fifth, it was found that there was a difference in satisfaction of welfare and health by health and environmental factor. In conclusion it is needed that stable housing, much physical activities, and diversified family members should be realized and stable livelihood should be secured for national basic livelihood security recipients to maintain and improve health of the aged and to be socially satisfied.
