대학생들의 성격유형에 따른 진로의사결정 및 진로준비행동의 관계연구 = A Study on the Relationship among Career Decision, Career Preparation Behavior and MBTI Type of the College Student

This study investigates the relationship among Career Decision, Career Preparation Behavior and MBTI Type of the college student. The subjects of the study are 259 D university students. Kim ＆ Sim`s questionnaire(1990) on personality type, Go`s questionnaire(1992) on career decision level and Kim`s questionnaire(1997) on career preparation behavior are used. The results are as follows: (1) The career decision level changes in accordance with the personality type. The differences between `I` type and `E` type, `J` type and `P` type are statistically significant(p<,001 ). (2) The career preparation behavior level changes in accordance with the personality type. The differences between `I` type and `E` type, `J` type and `P` type are statistically significant(p <.01). (3) The career preparation behavior level and the career decision level change in accordance with the age(school year) of the college student. (4) The career preparation behavior level changes in accordance with the sex. (5) The career decision level are correlated to the career preparation behavior level.
