글없는 그림책 관련활동이 유아의 쓰기 능력과 쓰기에 대한 인식에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of the Wordless Picture Book Activities on Young Children's Writing Ability and Perception of Writing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 글없는 그림책 관련활동이 유아의 쓰기 능력 및 쓰기에 대한 인식에 미치는 영향을 알아본 것이다. 가정의 문식성 환경이 동질적이라고 확인된 실험·통제집단 각 20명씩 만4세 유아를 대상으로, 사전·사후 검사 실험 설계 방법에 의해 총 14주간 처치가 이루어졌다. 김소양(1994)의 쓰기 발달 단계 검사와 박상희(1997)의 쓰기 인식 면접을 실시한 결과, 유아의 쓰기 능력을 유의하게 증진시켰고, 쓰기에 대한 인식 수준을 향상시켰다. 이에 글없는 그림책 관련활동은 만 4세 유아의 쓰기 능력 및 쓰기에 대한 인식의 발달을 돕는 대안이라고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigates the effects of the wordless picture book activities on young children's writing ability and perception of writing. Research questions were as follows: 1) What is the effect of wordless picture book activities on young children's writing ability? 2) What is the effect of wordless picture hook activities on young children's perception of writing? Subjects of this study were 40 children aged four in two classes at J Children's House in I city. Twenty children were in the experimental group and twenty in the control group. Both groups had similar home literacy environments. The wordless picture book activities in this study were constructed by researchers based on Lee (1998), Lee (1999), and Hong & Kim (2000) and were employed for a 14-week period. The Writing Ability Test (Kim, So Yang, 1995) and the perceptions of Writing Interview forma (Park, Sang Hee, 1997) were administered and analyzed by M, SD, two independent t-tests, frequencies and percentages with spss/pc program. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The wordless picture book activities increased children's writing ability significantly. 2) The wordless picture book activities improved children's perception of writing in all the sub-areas.
