This study focuses on clarifying the relation of organization culture and commitment of the Red Devils. Total 418 persons were chosen as final data after selecting population constituted of the Red Devil members at 2004. The results achieved through multiple regression analysis, Pearson`s correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, and t-test using SPSS 11.0 with data collected through self-administrated method are: First, organizational culture and commitment of the Red Devils show significant difference in gender, age, level of education, and experience in sports according to social demographic characteristics. Organizational culture generally shows normal level of preservative and friendly culture, while rational culture shows high level of progressive culture. Organization commitment generally shows low level of external conformity, normal level of value internalization, and high level of equation emotion Secondly, organization culture of the Red Devils partially influences organizational commitment. In other words, friendly, preservative, progressive, and rational culture has positive influence in value internalization. Friendly culture has positive influence while rational culture has negative influence in equation emotion Also, progressive culture has positive influence, while friendly and rational culture has negative influence in external conformity.
