By this research examines correlation with travelers' studying and complaint behavior that have experience of outside the country travel, there was the purpose to wish to present travel agencies' discontent action confrontation way to sell outside the country travel goods with this.
As analysis result, was expose that learning of information in traveler's studying attitude and learning of symbol' expectation are relation that keep' in mind with conversion style in Consumer Complaint Behavior, effusion style, merit action type. Was expose that older learning and learning of accident, learning of desire is radish action type and compensation pursuit type's action and relation that keep in mind. Also, was expose that learning of preference' fancy is all discontent actions except radish action type in Consumer Complaint Behavior and relation that keep in mind. Was expose that studying of distinction is effusion style and compensation pursuit type's action and relation that keep in mind awareness enemy. Back up and development about travel agencies' discontent action confrontation strategy based on these relation are required.
