The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of participation in sport club activities and the influence of job satisfaction through sport club activities of employees. The subjects of this study were 300 hospital employees in Busan, The each reliability coefficient showed the health control(α=.771), the motive effect(α=.862), and the communication(α=.892).
The statistical package for SAS 8.0 Package Statistic Program were used to analysis data. All data were analysed by descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, multiple regression, and correlation analysis.
The results of this study as follows:
First, according to standard of participation, the health control effect showed a significant difference in frequency and period, and there is no difference in time.
Second, according to standard of participation, the motivation effect showed a significant difference in frequency and period, and there is no difference in time.
Third, according to standard of participation, the communication effect showed a no significant difference in frequency, period, and time.
Forth according to standard of participation, the satisfaction of duty showed a significant difference in frequency and period, and there is no difference in time.
Fifth, there was a significant difference between the participation effect and satisfaction of duty in all factors.
