To analyze the impact of the styles of leadership and the satisfaction of the athletes on cohesive power, 99 high school and college athletes in the 2000 National Sports Meet were selected. Their athletic fields are baseball, handball, and hockey, showing the following results;
First, it is indicated that the predominant leadership style of the baseball team is interventionism; the handball team, reformationism and democraticism; and in the hockey team's leadership, no predominant leadership style is observed. Second, all the team's player satisfaction is observed to be below average. Third, as of the most influential factor on group solidarity, in the case of the baseball team, reformationism and democraticism were indicated the most influential; the handball team, interventionism and democraticism; and the hockey team, interventionism, democraticism, and partipationism.
