유아교육기관의 조직건강 및 의사결정 참여와 교사효능감과의 관계 = Relationships among Sense of Efficacy of Preschool Teachers, the Organizational Health, and the Participation in Decision-Making

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the organizational health, the participation in decision-making, and sense of efficacy in preschool. The subjects were 196 preschool teachers in Seoul city. The data were collected through self-administered questionnaire. The results showed that there were significant differences in the teachers` sense of efficacy according to the educational level, the year of job experience, and the frequency of in-service education. There were also differences in preschool organizational health and teacher`s participation in decision-making in terms of teacher`s demographic variables. The preschool organizational health was significantly correlated with the teachers` sense of efficacy. In addition, the degree of teacher participation in decision-making was positively linked to teachers` sense of efficacy.
