      The present study was undertaken to investigate the causal relationship of the supervision contents and supervisor`s roles perceived by child counselors. The research questions of the study were as follows. First, how much the effect of the educational background, the degree of counseling experience, and developmental level of child counselor on their perception to supervision content? Second, how much the effect of the educational background, the degree of counseling experience, and developmental level of child counselor on their perception to supervisor` roles is it The subject of the study were 60 child counselors who are working at counseling center, the child psychiatry, the social welfare center, and so on. The counselor`s level was measured though the Korean Counselor Level Questionnaire developed by Shim(1998). The supervision contents and supervisor`s roles rated though the questionnaires by Bang(1996). The data were analyzed by Pearson`s correlation, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. The results if the study were as follows First, nothing expect for child counselor`s developmental level had significantly direct effect on child counselor`s perception to supervision contents and supervisor` roles. Second, the direct causal relationship between the child counselor`s perception and counselor`s developmental level. Also, child counselor`s perception to supervision contents and supervisor` roles was indirect causal relationship with their degree of counseling experience.
