유아교사가 지각하는 유아교육기관장의 변혁적 지도성에 관한 연구 = A Study of Teachers` Perceptions of School Director`s Transformational Leadership at the Early Childhood Setting in Busan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to suggest future-oriented quality for school directors by analyzing perceptions of teacher`s current practices and ideal demands on school director`s transformational leadership. Subjects were 450 early childhood teachers working at the early childhood setting in Busan. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data about current practices and ideal demand on school director`s transformational leadership that was perceived by teachers. The results were as follows: First, it was found that teachers have over mediocrity perception about current practices on school director`s transformational leadership and they show high perception about task expectation among sub-variables of transformational leadership. Second, it was found that teachers have high perceptions about ideal demands on director`s transformational leadership and they show high perceptions on individual consideration among sub-variables of transformational leadership. Third, it was found that there is a positive correlation between teacher`s current practices and ideal demands on school director`s transformational leadership.
