The junior college can be characterized as 'student-centered teaching institution'. According to this characterization, Learner-centered teaching/learning model in college education is needed to college-specialization for survival in crises situation.
From this view point, the following must be considered for inventing programs and strategies for faculty development in junior colleges.
Firstly, the variables must be finded to teaching/learning activities in colleges education.
Secondly, the effective teaching/learning is structured as a model for colleges education.
Thirdly, I will propose the strategies and procedures for spread and practice of a developed learner-centered teaching/learning model in college.
