The enthusiasm for founding companies using small amounts of capital increases as the national economy declines and the quality of life worsens due to mass unemployment conditions. This enthusiasm has resulted in the flooding of consulting companies and massive demand for information about business enterprises, which has created problems. This paper analyses the problems created by this enthusiasm, and an-anges factors necessary for consideration when embarking on a business enterprise.
