This research has analyzed the effect of a peer-intimacy program on toddlers' friendship concept and prosocial behavior. As far as the concept of friendship is concerned, experimental-group toddlers developed into some increase in the concept of assistance, friends helping each other from some decrease in the concept of temporal-existence, friends acting together in a place near to each other. Also, their prosocial behavior had more meaningful change in such subordinate areas as sharing, contact, and helping, together with the general prosocial behavior, than that of controlled-group toddlers. Therefore, the results have showed the necessity of development and application of programs for peer relation promotion.
