학교조직건강 진단검사 제작연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학교조직의 건강상태를 진단할 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발하려는데 그 목적이 있다. 종래의 검사도구들이 제작된 지 20년이 넘어 현실적으로 수정보완이 필요하게 된 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 윤종건이 1988년에 발표한 '연이론'을 바탕으로 제작된 학교조직건강진단검사를 바탕으로 '연이론'을 수정보완하고, 그수정된 이론을 바탕으로 학교조직 진단 검사 도구를 개발하고자 시도하였다. 새로 개발된 학교조직건강진단도구는 요인분석 결과 학교조직의 건강과 관련된 변인을 지도자의 리더십과 학교조직의 구조적 특성 및 학교조직구성원 특성의 3영역으로 대별되었다. 각 영역별로 건강상태를 진단하기 위하여86개의 예비문항을선정하여 예비검사를 실시한 결과 각 영역별 13문항씩 총 39문항으로 된 학교조직 건강진단검사 도구를 완성하였다. 검사도구의 신뢰도는 Cronbach의 알파계수로 .95의 높은 신뢰성을 보여 대체로 만족할만한 도구로 활용가능하다고 결론지었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purpose of this study is to develop the school organizational health description questionnaire in Korea. For this purpose, the Kite theory which was developed by Y oun in 1988 is used.<br/>
According to the kite theory, the condition of the school organizational health can be diagnosed by the four dimensions - the characteristics of the school organization structure, the school climate, the characteristics of the school organizational members, and the leadership.<br/>
However, in this study, the Kite theory is modified. According to the factor analysis, the four dimensions of the school organizational health variables are identified three dimensions - the characteristics of the school organization, the leadership, and the characteristics of the school organizational members.<br/>
To test each variables, 86 items were executed to the elementary and secondary school teachers in Seoul and Gyounggido. Finally, for diagnosing school organizational health description questionnaire 39 items are selected.<br/>
The reliability of the questionnaire is .95. This means that the new instrument are available to diagnose the condition of the school organizational health in Korea.
