예비 유아교사의 발달과 대학 적응에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the general characteristics, preservice techer characteristics of Che-ju tourism college students 130 in early childhood education. This study was used the questionnaire was based on a general concept which has been used Bragg(1994), Bean & Metzner(1985) and Chartrand(1992).
The result of this study is as below: The first, the subject whom they consult when they need to discuss private problems is highest ranked as same sex friends. The second, the subjects show their concerns in obtaining a certificate of qualification and information of specialization. And their most important matters in college life are about the path in life and employment problem. They feel satisfaction at their own schools. they think that the most important fact which influence them in school life is friend relationship. The third, entering teacher candidates in early childhood education feel satisfaction at their own specialities. They seem to be unfamiliar and have difficulties in their learning contents, overweight of contents and assignments. And after graduation, most of them are scheduled to be teacher of early childhood education private institute.
