초등학교 역사 수업에서 만난 두 '아우라'|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학교 역사 수업을 사례로 예술비평 관점을 통해 수업을 이해할 수 있는 가능성을 살펴본다. 수업은 학교현장에서 공론의 대상이 되지 못하는데 효율성의 관점에서 재단되는 수업보기 틀과 수업을 해석할 힘의 상실 등을 그 이유로 들 수 있다. 수업을 둘러싼 연대, 소통, 비평을 위해서 '예술비평' 관점을 도입할 필요가 있다.
예술비평 관점에서 수업을 비평하게 되면 일상적인 수업보기 틀을 깨고 대안적인 수업보기가 가능해져 다양한 수업의 의미와 특질이 드러나게 된다. 수업비평의 전략적 차원에서 예술비평 관점을 적용할 수 있는데, '예술작품 읽기의 수업보기로의 변환'과 '예술비평 개념의 수업보기로의 변환'을 생각해볼 수 있다.
본 고에서 '예술비평 개념의 수업보기로의 변환' 방법을 사용하여 수업비평을 시도했다. 발터 벤야민의 '아우라' 개념을 바탕으로 '수업에서 아우라 창출'이라는 토픽을 얻었다. 이 토픽을 바탕으로 낯익은 장면에서 아우라를 찾을 수 있고, 수업의 아우라는 재창출되어야 함을 역사수업 비평을 통해 알아보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to explore the possibility of understanding teaching through a viewpoint of art criticism. A teaching doesn't tend to be discussed openly in school, because teaching-seeing frameworks are based on efficiency and the power of interpretation in teaching lose. Accordingly, for solidarity, communication, criticism around teaching, the introduction of perspective of art criticism into seeing teaching needs.
If a teaching is criticized and appraised on a standpoint of art criticism, Various meanings and qualities in teaching will reveal. Two ways of application of art criticism to criticism of teaching can be considered. first, 'a transformation of reading works of art into teaching-viewing' and secondly, 'a transformation of concepts in art criticism into teaching-viewing.' The study tried to criticize teaching using the latter method. Walter Benjamin's 'aura' suggests the topic of 'a creation of aura in teaching.' The criticism of history teaching on the basis of the topic shows that aura can be felt on familiar teaching scene and aura of teaching must be recreate continuously.
A viewpoint of art criticism is useful tool that can make sense of aesthetic qualities and experiences in teaching, and enhance experiential qualities of participants in teaching.
