국제환경법의 원칙 = Principles of International Environmental Law

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

International environmental law has developed a set of principles. They include the principle of sovereignty over natural resources and the responsibility for not causing damage to the environment of other states, the principle of preventive action, the precautionary principle or approach, and principle of international cooperation. In addition to the above established principles, new concepts have begun to develop. They include the polluter-pays principle, the principle of sustainable development(princip1e of intergenerational equity), and the principle of common but differentiated responsibility. There is no agreement whether these three principles are established by customary international environmental law or not.
