피해망상 집단과 우울증 집단의 지각된 부모양육행동과 애착유형 = Perceived of Parenting Behaviors and Attachment Styles in Persecutory Deluded and Depressed Patients

국문 초록 (Abstract)

피해망상 환자집단과 우울증 환자집단, 정상인 통제집단의 지각된 부모양육행동과 성인기 애착유형 및 애착관계 특성을 알아보았다. 피해망상 환자 34명, 우울증 환자 34명, 정상인 통제집단 34명을 대상으로 편집 척도, 우울 척도, 애착유형척도, 성인애착척도, 부모양육행동척도, 자기개념척도, 자존감 척도를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 피해망상 집단은 두려움형과 몰입형 애착이 많았고, 친밀 수준은 낮고 불안 수준은 높은 애착관계를 나타냈다. 우울증 집단은 몰입형 애착이 많았고, 의존 및 친밀 수준은 낮고 불안 수준은 높은 애착관계를 나타냈다. 부모양육행동의 경우, 부모의 과잉간섭과 비일관성이 피해망상 집단의 독특한 특성이었으며, 부모의 학대와 방치는 피해망상 집단과 우울증 집단의 공통 특성이었다. 성인기 애착유형 및 애착 관계의 질적 특성과 가장 광범위한 상관을 보인 부모 양육행동은 부모의 방치와 어머니의 과잉간섭, 어머니의 비일관성이었다. 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 추후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.
