21세기 지식기반사회의 기술교육 방향 재정립을 위한 기술학의 정의와 교육실천방안 탐색 = A Study on the Term of Technologies and the Technology Education Strategies for Searching New Direction of Technology Education in 21st Century

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was to define the term 'Technologies', has changed it's meaning according to the development and expansion of new knowledge of science, and find strategies for searching new direction of technology education in 21st century. In order to clarify the concept components of Technologies and it's definition, an etymological and historical inquiry were adapted in this study. And searching the strategies of technology education based on the definition in empirical way. The main findings in the process of this study were as follows;(1)The term, 'Technologies', was newly defined in technology educational situation in 21st century. The key concept of the definition of Technologies is innovation in human action, in accordance with the definition in Technology for All Americans Project by International Technology Education Association. (2)The strategies of technology education based on new definition was suggested in connection with; ①technology class in practical situations, ②project and problem solving method in technology class, ③centered in invention and innovation activities, ④evaluation with performance test include portfolio.
