The purpose of this study was to identify the contents of areas and components of technological capability by technology teachers. To achieve the purpose of this study, Delphi survey was carried out. The number of Delphi panel members that participated in final third round was 18. All the panel members were secondary school teachers. The main findings of this survey were as followings: (1) The identified number of total groups of categorized technological capabilities by technology teachers was 6. And the agreement levels of panel members on each group of capabilities in 5 Likert-scale were relatively high(over Mean=3.56). The groups of capabilities are (a) application of technological system(Mean=4.28, Std. Dev.=0.46), (b) technological problem-solving(Mean=4.83, Std. Dev.=0.38), (c) application of information/communication technology(Mean=4.33, Std. Dev.=0.59), (d) concerning of a consumer(Mean=3.61, Std. Dev.=0.70), (e) improving technological environment(Mean=3.56, Std. Dev.=0.62), (f) determining one's job(Mean=4.11, Std. Dev.=0.76). (2) (a) The number of capabilities in the group of application of technological system was 3, (b) that of the technological problem-solving was 5, (c) that of application of information/communication technology was 4, (c) that of concerning of a consumer was 4, (d) that of improving technological environment was 3, and that of (f) determining one's job was 3. The agreement levels of panel members on capabilities in each group in 5 Likert-scale were relatively high(over Mean=3.61).
