독거노인과 가족동거노인의 건강상태에 관한 비교 연구

The purpose of this study is to prepare to offer the necessary nursing to senile people who live alone who are the main objects of senility health care of public Health Organizations by confirming the differences when comparing those who are senile live alone in a farming village and those who are senile live with their families. The subjects are those who are senile over 65 years old who live in Y Gun area. The assessment tool of physical, mental, and emotional used in this study that was developed by Lee, Y(1989) as a study tool to assess people the senile in farm villages. The analytic method used in this study were frequency, percentage, average, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, Cronbachs alpaha coefficient. The result of the study is as follows: The older ones have worse health conditions and those who don`t have a spouse had the worst health conditions than those who do. From this, we are sure to include support of the emotional side of the health care of senile people living alone by understanding the differences and relation of physical, mental, and emotional health conditions between senile people who live alone and those who live with their families.
