The purpose of this study is to know the effectiveness of social skill training program using group play-therapy which helps children to acquire suitable social skills within their relationship of a peer group. Social skill training program has been developed mainly from the Neighbourhood Game, having the feature of structured group play therapy. The group was consisted of three boys who still remained an immature social relationship with other peer members though they already had took some extents of an individual session. The session is held total 10 times, twice a week for 100 minutes each. The results shows that there are some positive changes in the behaviors and social competence of the children.
